How do I place an order?
Browse through our collections, choose your favorite items, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done, go to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. Contact our support team quickly at [support@shopdhop.in] or via our contact form.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship all over India. International shipping is currently not available.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
💳 Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallet payments.
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes! COD is available on selected products.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Some items may not be eligible—please check product details.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?
We’re sorry! Please email us at [support@shopdhop.in] with your order number and a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
